This small and cozy apartment complex is ideally located on one of the most beautiful beaches on the island of Elba. The typical tall pine trees separate the complex from the beautiful beach.
The complex has a large fenced communal garden where children can play freely in complete safety, and a reserved and covered but unguarded parking lot.
The beach of Marina di Campo is the largest and most equipped on the island, sandy and gently sloping, making it very suitable for swimming, even for children and elderly people with mobility difficulties. The sea is accessible via an 80-meter pedestrian path, all covered by the typical Tyrrhenian pine forest of maritime pines, in the eastern part of the large bay.
The beach is partly free and partly equipped. Sun loungers and umbrellas can be rented. For the guests of this small complex, there is an agreement with the neighboring baths offering discounts and benefits.
