The apartment was nice and as described, but there were several issues that made our stay less smooth. It was very difficult to get a taxi or Uber in the area, so we had to walk about 30 minutes to the train station every day. When we first booked, we wanted to shorten our stay by two nights. Airbnb showed that we would be refunded €450, but the hosts asked us not to change the booking ourselves and said they would help instead. A few days later, they claimed Airbnb had made a mistake and that the refund would only be €47 instead of €450, which makes no sense considering the nightly rate. At check-in, the key was placed in a different locker than stated in the instructions, so we had to call their emergency number late at night. Luckily, we got help quickly. There were also very limited cleaning supplies, salt, pepper, paper, other basics that are usually available in Airbnbs. We also paid €50 for a 2-hour late check-out, which felt unreasonable and not very customer-friendly
