Santa Eulària des Riu is a coastal town on the southeastern seaboard of the Spanish island of Ibiza. Home of some of the island's greatest 'fiestas'; like the centuries old 'First Sunday in May' (Catalan: Primer Duimenge d' Mai), and the Easter Procession.
