Connecting the resorts of Risoul and Vars, the ski area spans 185 km of marked and secured slopes, with most runs situated above 2,000 meters, ensuring reliable snow coverage throughout the season.

Built in 2007, the residence blends seamlessly with its alpine surroundings, featuring wooden architecture and nestled among larch trees. It enjoys a quiet location, just 50 m from the nearest shops, 400 m from the resort centre, and 300 m from the ski lifts. It also sits at the foot of scenic hiking trails, making it an ideal base for both winter and summer stays.

The residence includes 57 functional apartments spread across 7 floors, each accommodating 2 to 7 guests. All units are well-equipped and come with a balcony, offering views of the surrounding mountains. An elevator provides easy access to all floors.
